Our principal consultants are Al Taylor and Hagit Taylor.
Al is a former solicitor, who worked for five years for international law firm Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP, in the firm's City of London office. He left Mayer Brown in 2005, and worked for two years in Manches LLP in Oxford.
Hagit is an Israeli-qualified lawyer who has worked in legal practice in Israel and in industry in the UK.
Al holds degrees from the University of Essex (LLB English and European Laws), the University of London (BA Philosophy), and the University of Nottingham (MA International Relations). He also spent a year studying European law at undergraduate level at the Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen in the Netherlands. He holds postgraduate qualifications in law from Nottingham Law School (Legal Practice Course) and the University of Bristol (Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice).
Hagit studied English at the University of Tel Aviv and holds a law degree from the University of Essex.
Although Al trained and worked as a solicitor, he handed in his practising certificate in 2007 in order to start SEQ Legal LLP.
We are based in rural Oxfordshire, between Oxford and Reading, close to both the M4 and the M40, and only 1 hour from London.

Commercial-contracts.co.uk is owned and operated by SEQ Legal LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England under registration number OC325208.
SEQ Legal LLP's VAT registration number is 902 1495 52 and its data protection registration number is Z9812061.
SEQ Legal LLP is a legal consultancy, not a firm of solicitors. It is not regulated by the Law Society of England and Wales. In part because of this, we do not carry the expensive overheads of a law firm. This is reflected in our fees.
